Help! I'm computer illiterate!!!
Does anyone out there have simple instructions on how to put URL into a post? I've seen everyone else do it, but I can't figure it out!!! Also, I know you all noticed that my title on the post with pictures keeps disappearing! Anyone have any ideas there? And last, how in the world do I make my sidebar stay at the top of the page???? HELP!! And try not to laugh at my helplessness too much!

I can help on one thing... if you are POSTING (after going to blogger.com and picking your Blog from your dashboard) you will see some things you can adjust (bold, italics, adding pictures, etc).. you will also see two chains that stand for links. If you write your word (ex: Jamie's post) and then highlight it, and THEN click on those chain-looking things, it will let you type in your URL. Then... when people click on the word that is linked, it will take them to that site. Try a test run and see if you can get it working. I could not explain it in computer-savvy terms, but hopefully that helps. ;) (Blogger Help is pretty handy, too)
Thanks Jamie! I saw that there, but never tried it! I'll have to try it sometime. Thanks for the use of normal people terms! I figured if someone like Slade commented, I would have to have a dictionary to decifer it!! :)
Hey now! I try not to use big words when explaining to those that do not spend 8+ hours a day on the computer how to do things. (Note: I spend this much time on the computer a day because I am paid to do so, not by choice.)
Just ask the great Laura Jane. I explained to her what I do at work in a way that she could understand, and she did! (Or at least I think she did. If not, she has me fooled.)
Not real sure why the title would keep disappearing. Weird. And I'm not real sure what you mean about the sidebar not staying at the top of the page. :-\
Ok, sorry about the jab, Slade, but any help you'd give is greatly appreciated.
When I first added URL to my profile sidebar, it appeared at the top of my blog page...now, you notice, it's on the bottom. I didn't change anything, but it must have a mind of it's own...moving on it's own and all!

I had a problem with my blog and all I did to fix it was republish the entire blog. You might give it a try, it could fix your info being at the bottom of the page.
