Rebekah, any one who has ever been pregnant can relate to the "joy" of having one's picture taken while one is exhausted and would rather just be left alone. I have a picture of me standing in a hospital parking lot, in between contractions, where I was expected to smile for the photographer!
But it's a happy time, nevertheless, because all the time you're thanking God for the new life within. When you really think about it, you know you can't really complain.
But you still want the cameras to stop flashing and to be left in peace. :)
